During Book Expo America, Dr. Camilo Cruz, Author and Speaker, Received all the 'International Latino Book Awards' for which He Had Been Nominated

MIAMI, June 11 / In due recognition for his literary efforts. Dr. Camilo Cruz, one the most prolific Latino writers in the United States in the area of personal development and leadership, received the “International Latino Book Award” for three of his books in a ceremony that took place May 28 at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York during Book Expo America.

Besides having been invited to present the “Mariposa Awards,” Dr. Camilo Cruz was one of the leading protagonists in the awards programs, given that all four of his nominated works received awards in their corresponding categories. This solidifies his role as one of the most important Latino authors and speakers in the U.S. whose work has had a positive impact on people of all races and nationalities around the world.

During Book Expo America, Dr. Cruz successfully launched his most recent book, El Factor X (The X-Factor), as he readies for the September launch of an English-language version of his bestseller La Vaca, entitled Once Upon a Cow, which will be published by Penguin Books. With the launch of this book, Penguin Books expects to continue the phenomenal success of its mega bestseller Who Moved My Cheese? In the course of the last year, Once Upon a Cow (La Vaca) has been translated into more than 12 languages.
